First we would like to sincerely thank all of our customers with their cooperation during our transition to the new Customer Dashboard. We understand that your time is precious to you and we are very grateful for all of your patience.

We have received a lot of feedback regarding the new system in relation to submitting your new tasks via the portal. For many of you this was not a problem but others expressed a lot of concern over the loss of the convenience of having previously been able to communicate strictly via e-mail.

We would like to let you to know that we have heard your concerns and that we value your time and convenience above all else. We are happy to announce that we will be switching back to our old system of communicating and submitting new tasks via e-mail. You can do this right away by sending your new requests directly to :

support@heycarson.com

In the next coming weeks the Customer Dashboard at http://desk.heycarson.com/ will be shut down. We encourage all of our customers to please submit a new e-mail directly to support@heycarson.com when they would like to submit a new task. As always, please only submit one task at a time.
